In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Fubara condemned the videos as “fake” and “malicious,” urging security agencies to investigate their origins.
Fubara emphasized that communities where these alleged incidents occurred have dismissed the claims, assuring that critical government assets remain secure. He reiterated his commitment to maintaining peace in the state and warned against using his name to incite violence or disrupt economic stability.
The governor urged those spreading misinformation to cease their actions, highlighting the potential for chaos they could create.
