Governor Seyi Makinde on Sunday visited the residence of Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso in Kano.
The visit was confirmed in a post by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which said Makinde was at Kwankwaso’s home.
The meeting came shortly after Makinde held talks with Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed in Bauchi.
This is not the first time both politicians are meeting. Kwankwaso had earlier met Makinde privately in Ibadan on February 26.
Although the latest visit has raised political interest ahead of future elections, Kwankwaso said it was based on a long-standing personal relationship, not political alliance talks.
