The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released a detailed statistical report of the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results, showing a mixed performance among candidates across the country.

Out of 1,955,069 candidates who participated in the 2025 UTME, over 1.5 million scored below 200. However, the report also highlights that 4,756 candidates achieved scores above 320, with 7,658 others scoring between 300 and 319.

Additionally, JAMB noted that 40,247 underage candidates were granted the opportunity to display their exceptional abilities. Of these, only 467 candidates (1.16%) met the required threshold for exceptional ability, with further evaluations of their performance pending in the subsequent stages of the examination process.

This comprehensive breakdown provides a clear view of the 2025 UTME outcomes, reflecting a wide range of results from the candidates.
