Human rights activist and former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, has criticised the Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, describing his administration as a failure.
Sowore made the statement after a visit to the state, where he assessed ongoing developments and governance efforts.
According to him, he does not believe in what he described as “half transformation,” insisting that meaningful governance should produce visible and complete results rather than incremental changes.
His remarks add to ongoing political debate over the performance of the current administration in Abia State, with supporters and critics offering differing views on the pace and impact of reforms introduced by the government.
As of the time of this report, there has been no official response from the Abia State Government regarding Sowore’s comments.
