A suspected bomb explosion has reportedly resulted in multiple casualties along the Yar’Tasha–Dansadau road in Maru Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Yazid Abubakar, confirmed the incident in a telephone interview, stating that details were still emerging. “I can confirm that there was a blast in that area, but I can’t provide specifics yet. I will update you later,” he said.
