Former President Olusegun Obasanjo encouraged Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde to remain undeterred by criticisms of his administration. Speaking during the inauguration of the new Ibadan Central Bus Terminal, Obasanjo noted that those who criticize leaders often come to praise them later.
Obasanjo commended Makinde for his efforts in making Ibadan livable through various people-centered projects, emphasizing the importance of transportation for the city’s growth. He also praised the construction of multiple bus terminals aimed at improving commutes for residents.
