Prince Emeka Kalu, widely known as Magic Fingers, has been elected the new National President of the Radio, Television, Theatre and Arts Workers Union of Nigeria (RATTAWU) at the just-concluded 2025 National Delegates Conference held in Gombe State.

An indigene of Okon-Aku Ohafia in Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia State, Kalu secured a landslide victory over three contenders from Rivers, Ekiti, and Ogun States, reinforcing his broad appeal and credibility within the union.

A seasoned media professional and unionist, Kalu has spent much of his career in Anambra State, where he is admired for his commitment to professional excellence and grassroots mobilization.

His emergence has sparked widespread celebration among media workers, especially across the southeastern region, who see his victory as a boost for professionalism, youth representation, and progressive leadership within RATTAWU.
