The ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bauchi State has requested all its aspirants to take down campaign posters and billboards within the Bauchi metropolis in preparation for the upcoming Investment Summit scheduled for October 8–9, 2025.

In a statement signed by the party’s publicity secretary, Dayyabu Chiroma, the PDP emphasized that this move aims to create a clean and orderly environment for local and international investors, government officials, and development partners attending the summit.

The PDP noted that removing campaign materials would help present Bauchi in its best light to visitors and potential investors, showcasing the state as an attractive hub for economic growth and sustainable development.

The party expressed appreciation for the cooperation of its members and aspirants, highlighting that their support would significantly contribute to the summit’s success. The Bauchi State Investment Summit is expected to open new opportunities for investments across key sectors, stimulating development and positioning the state as a competitive investment destination.
