Popular Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has issued a strong warning to fellow actor Baba Ijesha, threatening fresh legal action over comments he made concerning her children.
The controversy follows a recent appearance by Baba Ijesha on the “Talk to B” podcast hosted by Biola Adebayo. During the interview, the actor claimed that Iyabo Ojo had, at some point, entrusted her children to his care.
He made the statement while denying allegations of sexual misconduct that surfaced in 2021, when comedienne Princess accused him of inappropriate behaviour.
Reacting to the now-viral interview, Iyabo Ojo dismissed the claim as false and warned the actor against involving her children in the matter. She also referenced the court’s earlier ruling in the case, stressing that the judgment was based on evidence presented.
In a statement shared on her social media page, the actress cautioned Baba Ijesha to refrain from spreading misleading information, adding that she would not hesitate to instruct her legal team to take action if the situation persists.
The development has reignited public attention around the long-standing controversy between both actors, with many observers closely watching for possible legal proceedings.
